Cancellation Policy
Appointments require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be charged a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price.
No-shows and missed appointments may result in the forfeiture of any required deposit and/or may be charged in accordance with this cancellation policy.
Late Arrival Policy: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or may be required to reschedule in order to respect the schedules of other clients. Full-service fees may still apply.
Health & Safety: If you are experiencing a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, a contagious illness, or any symptoms that could place others at risk, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.
Client Responsibility: Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and prepare for your session. New clients should arrive 10–15 minutes early for their first visit.
Respect & Professional Conduct: Hard Truth Reiki and Massage is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for every client. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, intoxication, or actions that compromise the safety or comfort of the practitioner or others will result in the immediate termination of the session without refund and may result in refusal of future services.
This policy protects the time reserved specifically for each client and allows availability for others seeking care. Thank you for respecting both your appointment time and the time of others.
